hamlet-irracional.com is a division of Heritage Plaza Mortgage, Inc. It is comprised of managers and executives with expansive expertise in both the real estate & mortgage industry.
Fred Gremel, President & CEO
Fred Gremel assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Plaza Mortgage, Inc in 1992. His energy and vision have helped propel the company as a leader in the mortgage banking industry. Under his leadership, Heritage Plaza Mortgage ("HPM") has achieved incredible growth as it continues to provide legendary service and demonstrate HPM's commitment to professionalism, integrity, and mutual respect for the individual. Before joining HPM, Fred worked from the computer marketing division of IBM for twenty-three years. He received his bachelor's degree in Marketing from California State Polytechnic University.

Gary Gremel, Chief Financial Officer
Gary Gremel oversees all aspects of the company's financial management, accounting, MIS, compliance, human resource, and investor relations functions. He joined Heritage Plaza in 1993. He assumed the role of VP of Corporate Operations in 1997. He played a major role in the development of Heritage Plaza's initial network and continued technological innovations. In 2004, Gary was promoted to Chief Financial Officer and extended is responsibilities to cover HPM's financial and accounting functions. Gary received his bachelor's degree in business administration\accounting from Chico State University.

Mark Kinder, Executive Vice President
Mark Kinder directs all aspects of HPM's secondary and mortgage operations. Mark joined HPM in 1992. He possesses vast mortgage banking experience as a loan originator and branch manager. Prior to joining Heritage Plaza Mortgage, worked for GMAC and Directors Mortgage Company. Assumed V. P. Branch Operations position with Heritage Plaza Mortgage, Inc. in June of 1997. Mark was later promoted to Executive Vice President in 2004. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a bachelor's degree in urban planning.
